AERIA HAIR is operated by Qingdao Aeria Hair Products Co., Ltd.
Orders are processed and shipped from Qingdao, Shandong, China.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Our standard order processing time is 3 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.
Order processing time refers to the period between order confirmation and the time the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
SHIPPING METHOD
We use international express delivery services for our orders. Depending on the destination and shipping route, orders may be shipped by DHL, FedEx, or another international courier service.

International shipments may be subject to customs procedures in the destination country.
